         ICT’s (Information Communication Technology) are technologies that work for saving, receiving  and sending information on a virtual data base. We use them on our daily life as the cellular phone, sending messages, making calls, etc.

One of the many areas where ICT´s can be used are business areas,where it is used on the following ways. ICT systems allow your business to store, process, analyze and share vast amounts of data. It will also help you by automating business processes and giving employees ICT tools, your business can improve its individual and overall productivity. A use that helps your company sell and offer to customers is for your company to use ICT solutions to offer faster response to and higher standards of service to its customers. Some of the services that use ICT’s to share, store and process information you can use the cloud services of Dropbox, Google Drive, Onedrive.
For the business to offer, sell and trade easily and more comfortable for their customers they can easily create a Web Page or an app for the sell of their product or either create a domain. Another tool for your employees to communicate between them they can use a messages app such as Messenger, WhatsApp and others. 

In conclusion the use of ICT’s is pretty much a boost to make your business a lot more efficient and quicker. It boosts you sells, helps your employees work together faster between them and gives the customers an easier way of shopping and communicating with the business.
